It is unfortunate that an office staff is the reason most people stop going here. They are hateful, nasty, grossly incompetent, and have a habit of holding medication prescriptions hostage for whatever reasons they come up with.. It doesn't matter if they are the ones who made the mistake, which they do frequently. CHECK YOUR BILLS! LOOK AT EVERY CHARGE TO MAKE SURE IT IS LEGIT.
