Dr Doul has been one of the best psychiatrist I have ever had caring understanding methodical with medication’s constantly checking in. It’s Comforting to have a doctor that truly cares that much especially if you’re on medication’s he’s always there for a call I highly recommend psych Bright health and Dr Doul
I had to keep calling to get help . Then they consistently try to charge me for visits that I confirmed with both them and my insurance that they were FREE . So quick to try to charge but practically ghost when I wanted care . The visits weren’t even actual visits just them asking if I had a therapist which I contacted them telling them I needed help finding one . After the 3rd attempt I stopped trying . Almost 6 months later yet again another attempt to get money out of me for visits that were again FREE .
