I swear it's a little bit of everyones fault how we negatively opinionate and snap our fingers about those we get along with, don't, have a hard time expressing feelings and communication with those we aren't close with and those we are. terrible customer service spent 30 minutes going back and forth, lady answered and I couldn’t understand a word due to a kid screaming “mom” in the background, she transferred me to someone else they took my info and gave me date for appointment then put me on hold and call disconnected, didn’t get a call back, then I called back went through the same process “and told them the call got disconnected” they said ok and took info again and told me they can’t make an appointment because no availability.

Stay away! Operational practices here are lacking to say the least, which is what happens when profit is the primary objective of health care. Expect every interaction to be a hassle and to culminate in tons of wasted time and redundant phone calls

Please do not see David Adebayo. I saw David when he was still at the Annapolis office, however, I have been made aware he has fully transitioned to the Baltimore office which is why I am writing my experience here. He talked to me for no more than 15 minutes before he "diagnosed" me which included asking about my family medical history, allergies, previous medicine,etc., therefore not leaving much time to actually listen to what the issue was. The team's ability to switch to telehealth is impressive. The entire process was smooth and easy to use. A special shout out to LaToya for going the extra mile to hand-deliver to the pharmacy a prescription that cannot be called in. She even did this after normal business hours.
