Very dishonest company. Sold me a damaged pump. I send the item back immediately but had to get PayPal involved to get my money back almost a month later.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH POOL SPA SUPPLIES…! I ordered a heater assembly for my Dimension one spa and received it on July 14, 2020. The description of the part stated it came with a flow switch. When I opened the box upon receipt I discovered there was no flow switch in the box. Because the connection between my original flow switch and the new heater was different I could not use my original switch. They never answer the phone - no customer service at all - occasionally email response - what is worse they don't solve the problem - email after email and you have to be lucky that someone answer but never solve the problem, same as nothing , i never got my merchandise from my first order and takes for ever to investigate with the shipping provider , they offer to send me the part and till today day - NO HOPE, my mistake i did place another other and the product was low quality and defected. Do not use this company as they will completely rip you off. I had purchased an item a long time ago for several hundred dollars I was told it would be shipped to me within 24 to 48 hours and as of yet I have not received anything whatsoever no item and no tracking information I have literally left them countless emails and messages I have called countless times with absolutely no reply whatsoever so basically this company has now ripped me off for several hundred dollars and have now disappeared whatever you do do not use... read more

I placed a phone order. I specifically asked them if the pump was in stock. I was told it was. After two days I called back and they said it would ship that day. I had to call the next day and was told the pump never arrived. They lied every step of the way and were very rude.
