Terrible. Have been trying to get ahold of Stephanie regarding a squatter living in a storage unit in our condominium's garage every day for an entire week. Not even sure if she is a real person at this point. The people that answer the phone are polite, however every time they "relay" the message back absolutely nothing gets done.
