This is my second time getting a custom piece from PS Jewelry. I got this necklace to commemorate the birth of my daughter and I plan to give it to her in the future. All I can say is WOW! I am super impressed. Definitely heirloom quality.

Costumer Service was ok however it was misleading. Because when I first came in I asked all the details about resizing the rings etc. They told me they can do it is needed before making the sale. I go back a second time to purchase the ring and I asked again about resizing no problem we will get it done AT NO COST costumer rep told me. When I bought them come back to send to resize never they mentioned it would cost. Today when i pick it up. They were charging me for it. Tive uma experiência muito decepcionante com a PS Jewelry. Eles não foram nada responsáveis com as minhas peças e não demonstraram nenhum cuidado. Além disso, percebi um tratamento completamente diferente para clientes que aparentam ser mais ricos. Senti que os clientes com menos poder aquisitivo são tratados com desdém, o que é inaceitável para qualquer negócio. Esperava muito mais profissionalismo e respeito. Não recomendo.
