Management lacks compassion and customer relation skills, Read all the terrible reviews on tripadvisor and see the managers very responses to the comments. Dont stay here.

After a long drive, my family and I received a very warm and helpful welcome from the friendly staff. The Hotel is very conveniently located close to the street car stop, which takes you to canal street. Parking is good and the rooms are clean and fresh with air con and coffee making / microwave facilities. The kids loved the room layout, especially the spiral staircase leading to the mezzanine. With a lovely breakfast served in the courtyard to end our overnight stay, we would definitely recommend it.
Fine little hotel, fine location, fine neighborhood, fine affordable prices. Not downtown, not French Quarter, not business district, but for some that is rather an advantage, and you still can walk a reasonable distance to almost everything.
Lugnt och stilla men ändå nära till allt. Inget lyxhotell men oväntat mysigt. ( från utsidan såg det skruttigt ut) Fräscht och välstädat. Personalen hjälpsam och trevlig :)
Reasonably priced boutique hotel that is conveniently located in the Garden District. We have stayed there many times.
