Nasty rooms!!! Bed and counter tops had hair everywhere!
RecommendedHave stayed here several times. Love the old hotel and the decor. The people here are so nice. I enjoy The Garden District. The hotel is close to everything but away from the crowds. We have always enjoyed our stay. Recommend highly

Easy check in and free parking plus room was nice
I don't understand the negative reviews. We stayed here this past June on vacation & absolutely loved it! We found the rooms to be very clean and well appointed. It is an older hotel with a lot of charm! You can't beat the free parking & located right off of the St. Charles streetcar line. It's very conveniently located in a beautiful neighborhood & always felt safe. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We will stay here again when we come back to NOLA.

Always enjoy our stay here. There's plenty of places to eat close by too.
Complete dump, filthy room and beds. My son put his head on a pillow and an hour later his ear was red and swollen. No refund. Manager is unfriendly and unhelpful. Stay at Townhill Suites on Canal St.
