Good work, but it took a long time to start the job

This was due to the time it took your insurance company to approve the supplement. We are not able to start work until the insurance company approves the supplement. This way we can complete your job and obtain all the insurance approved repairs necessary to return your home to the state it was prior to the insurance claim.
