I highly recommend **** and Prusak Roofing. They are always available to check out any concerns I have with my roof. Most recently, they worked with another company replacing a B-vent and coordinated with them to remove and replace the roofing shingles around the other company's work. Quoted in Feb for roof repair. Called today for garage siding quote. Different quote. Said theyd be out Friday.. *** called back and questioned me why I didnt use them for the quote in Feb, advised the original roofers paid a different company to repair it. I did not need a new roof. He said he couldve fixed it, he said he was going to pass on the job since they dont like to give out estimates and not get the job. There are times when we have to opt out of an estimate. This can be due to schedules/timing, job scope, past customer interactions and other reasons. We have had two roofs installed by Prusak Roofing (over 20 years). There was a terrible windstorm in August of 2020 and our roof had no problems, which is indicative of their quality materials and fine installation. I have no reservations about giving a high recommendation for a family owned business like Prusak Roofing. (I am not a relative.)
