I wouldn't even give it one star. Hes a rip off cheap landlord the whole roof in the kitchen caved in he stated I supposedly said I was moving out for another reason never got my security deposit back even tho rent was up to date. I would not recommend living there he goes thru your apartment when you aren't there. I could go on for a long time about how not safe it is for anyone to stay there.
