We put a work order in the late afternoon and they had someone out the very next day. Our plumber Brent did an awesome job and switched out our kitchen faucet in no time. Definitely recommend.

I had done business with them 4 previous times with excellent results. Unfortunately Pruitt's has become a dishonest, incompetent and predatory business like everyone else these days. My story is long, suffice to say they lied to me to add charges to a simple garbage disposal replacement on Home Warranty and got caught because I know what I am doing.They sent an unqualified and incometant technician who flat out lied to me. 1 star just to submit or I would give 0 if it was an option. Between these guys and the home warrantee company (American Home Shield) they make scheduling as difficult as possible, then when they do show up they try and scam you into plumbing alterations that you don't need to try and make extra money since my water heater was still under manufacture warrantee. Save yourself the hassle/money and call someone else!
