This is a very trifling company that needs to be investigated…..
My husband has only used this service for a short period, but I will never use PruittHealth again for his home health needs!!! There have only been about 3 visits to our home over the past couple of months, but our orders require 3 visits PER WEEK. We have never received any supplies that should've been ordered, and when a nurse did come by during those 3 visits, they would leave a few extra supplies in case we had to care for the wounds ourselves. CNA'S HERE ARE SO HELPFUL AND SWEET!!!
The services were provided when I needed them most, which is appreciated. I did not, however, find it comforting that I was not being listened to about appointment times. I cancelled b/c it was against this business' rules to be able to resume normal life activities (go out to eat, etc) my husbands Dr. suggested he get back to "life" as much as possible. When I called to cancel b/c I didnt want to break their 'rules' they still tried to sell their 'education' services to me. We are a young family...we don't need elder educat... read more
