Recently bought a used Ford Explorer to replace a vehicle that was turned in as a lemon. The dealership was fantastic to work with, the negotiation/buying process was about as painless as I could’ve asked for and they have been very communicative and helpful in repairing the things that are wrong with the vehicle. They are working on getting everything set up to transfer the specialty plates that were on my previous vehicle for me. Highly recommend!
Total joke of a dealership. I bought 2 new trucks around 115,000. One, the trailer hookup didn’t work. Brought it in. Never called me to tell me is was staying overnight. I went up there after 2 days it was in the same spot and was told they couldn’t find a problem. They parked it and left it without a phone call. It would still be there if I didn’t act. Service department is crap and lied when they told my salesman they didn’t have my phone number. My name and phone number are in there records from the sale and when it went... read more
