RecommendedIf you want that slice outta life that’s nice, then look no further. This island food has comfort written all over it. If you thought fusion was something they only did in DBZ, well you’re in for a treat. Impeccable everything. Yeet.
Do try the chicken kelaguen and tortillas!! The chicken dish consist of chopped chicken, grated coconut, lemon zest, and peppers! You can have it with red rice ( close to Spanish rice) or tortillas!!

I’m from Guam and the whole dinner experience is amazing. The staff had the warm Island spirit and the dishes were heightened examples of traditional dishes with surprising gourmet touches that made the food delicious. Bravo brothers! Hafa adai 💛

Really delicious authentic flavors and the food is so different and unique. The tasting menu was divine— I told them what I could and couldn’t eat and they worked around me and completely customized. So yummy!
2 hour drive from Sacramento ( traffic ) It was well worth the drive - staff was great ! Food was awesome - save some room for the coconut ice cream!
