The nurses were fantastic: very personable, chatting, kind. Dr. Gallo I had problems with. He wanted to use AI to make notes for our appointment which I said no to, and he complained; used the antiquated term “ADD” (hasn’t been used since 1987); and stigmatized me due to my psychological diagnosis, which he then used in reference to everything in the appointment notes. Don’t think I’d recommend him unless you want to not be listened to.
