Customer service is vital. I need to know my loved ones will be in good hands. Being screamed at for just approaching the business with my sleeping toddler is not good customer service. I was trying to ask for a tour for a family member or at least information. I didn’t get to say anything before an old lady came out and yelled at me that it was private property and to get out. Training current employees and vetting new employees for curtesy and respect will help your business grow!
