The Bset Car Shop In Town I go to Provo Car doctors for all of my vehicle questions. They are very eager to help and they are very knowledgeable. They won't sell you on random things that most car shops will sell you. They will go through and tell you what needs to be done and then give you a projected time frame for when they would recommend you get it done. They also provide free road trip inspections. Honest, professional, and a good deal. – I have taken my car to Provo Car Doctors a few times and many of my friends and business associates have as well. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need and they will tell you if there's a less expensive way to fix something or even if you don't need it fixed. They also have the knowledge to repair even the more difficult makes of cars. They have a warranty as well. I'd definitely say they rise to the top of the crop in Provo.
The Past Reviews Have to Be Wrong – Nate is a great guy and is so quick to fix my vehicle and he is honest and not expensive. I feel safe sending my friends, family and wife there. I am not worried that he is going to try and sell me something I do not need. Overall he is great and I would trust the Car Doctors with any of my vehicles. See why Nate is the best in his industry!
Worst place to buy a vehicle!!!!!! – I bought a truck from The car doctors back in October of 2010. I drove it home and the transmission started making sounds like a bearing was going out. I called them to see what to do and they told me to take it to a shop and get it checked out. i did just as they asked and found out that 4th and 6th gear was no good. they told me they would find me new transmission and take care of everything. a new transmission was 3,800 dollars. Best Auto Mechanic Service in Utah Excellent auto shop. Nate has regularly maintained my truck for 4+ years now and has provided outstanding service for everything from oil & filter change to major work like rebuilding brakes, transmission. My truck has 248,000 miles on it and I regulary travel all over without a worry (after Provo Car Doctor has done a Trip Ready Inspection to make sure I won't have a problem).
Can probably be trusted for minor service, but don't bet on it – I would like to give this place an okay review, but I don't think it merits it. The main reason I gave this shop a below average review is due to the other review listed on this website. You might notice that the person leaving the review has a username of "n8moore." Coincidentally, one of the main mechanics (and I think the owner of the shop) is also named Nate Moore. Not surprisingly, he gave himself an excellent review.
