The food is some of the best in the valley, the service & servers are superb. Try it!!!
The flavor of my Monte Cristo sandwich stayed on my taste buds all day...everything was delicious and the service was exceptional. First time there but not my last. I have definitely got to eat there again.
I consider myself somewhat a food snob, and Provisions did nothing but impress. We ordered several small plates in order to try more dishes, and everything we ordered was the best thing I ever had. I went back a week later for Easter brunch, and it was equally fantastic. Please bring your friends here, and be ready to be wowed.
Have you ever licked the salt flats? That is what dinner was like for us. I'm surprised by the positive reviews, perhaps we dined on a really bad night for the chef, but not the best way to present yourself to a large group of foodies.

That is certainly not how we want to present ourselves, I was notified as soon as your table mentioned it's over salted food and have since found the problem and taken care of it. I was off that night or I would have came and talked with your table right away. My sous does a great job but one of the cooks was over salting heavy and had caused some problems for the whole kitchen. The problem has been resolve... read more
