I would like to express some frustrations with our experience today. We went for brunch and it was our first time trying this establishment. I ordered a mimosa, then our server offered us a "mimosa carafe special" instead with a bottle of champagne. I specifically asked how much it would cost, and he said "I'm not sure, but if you have more than a couple it will end up being a better bang for your buck." What an incredible incredible restaurant for the SLC scene! Provisions reminds me of Northern Cali cuisine with an East Asian influence. I cannot say enough good things about Seth, our waiter. Having made reservations to advise the restaurant in advance of my 3 dietary restrictions, Seth was ready for us, had reviewed the menu, and was prepared to tell me what I could order before we arrived!!!
