If I could put negative stars I would based on my recent experience with Provision Home, the local Vector Security contractor. Due to rising prices and equipment that doesn’t work correctly, I tried to cancel my security services. I spoke with corporate Vector before looking into all options and was told that I could cancel, but I needed to contact my local representative, Noel Pittman, for the cancellation form. I have been a customer with Vector Security for many years, but with our most recent move, our account was being handled by Provision Home. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company. Specifically speaking to the president of the company- Noel Pittman. I have cancelled my contract and refuse to do any further business with them.

I tried to cancel my Vector Security after I sold my home. I called Vector, but they said my alarm was set up by Provision Home and I had to talk to Provision Home to cancel. They put my through, but the call died. I called back and got Provision’s number in Birmingham and called directly. A phone system (not person) answered. I selected the option to cancel service. Poor Service. Slow to respond. Charge premium prices but do not offer premium services.
