From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed. Very nice and professional. Dr. Craig went in great detail during my exam. She had a great sense of humor also.
Friday, I was mowing and got something in my eye! I rinsed my eye several times but it still felt like something was in it. So it's 5:10 pm and I called Provision and it was after hours BUT the message gave Dr. Bass's cell phone number. I called and she answered, she told me what to try and to let her know Saturday how i was doing. She was out of town but would recommended someone if it wasn't better the next day! Dr. Bass is extremely professional, yet very down to earth. I highly recommend her and appreciate her courteous and efficient staff.I also want her "No Coffee No Workee" sign. I enjoy her humor. It relaxes me.
Love Dr. Bass and all the ladies! Always so professional and kind!! And patient helping pick out glasses and making sure they fit great! :)
