Lost my business of 15 plus years because I ran out of contacts and cant see me till February even after I explained I drive a truck and need to see. Guess this is how your take care of hard working folks during a pandemic. Got me a appointment at marion eye centers in less than 2 weeks .

We are working hard every day to take care of the hundreds of patients we had to reschedule because of the pandemic on top of all of our patients who were already scheduled a year in advance. This is not an easy time for anyone. We are glad you could find an office to accommodate your needs.
RecommendedI love family day each year! Refreshments for the kiddos and discounts and prizes. Dr. Bass is so good with my son who has visual processing disorders and sensory processing disorder with ASD. Thanks to his teacher and Dr. Bass we are getting him the therapy he needs.

After having Lasik many years ago I found the need to again have glasses. I had been to three previous providers who performed what I thought to be a thorough exam, but the glasses were never quite right. Dr. Bass was able to finally get it right! I see better at all levels now...computer, driving, reading, everything. Such a great experience after trying for so long.
Positive and friendly staff
Very courteous and accommodating staff. And the most thorough eye exam that I have ever had. Both Doctors really care about the health of my eyes. Plus! They always seem to have my contacts in stock!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer Craig, O.D. this week for an exam and glasses. What can say everything was great. Staff was excellent. This was my first appointment with Jennifer Craig. I have been seeing Dr. Bass for years.ProVision is the place to go!!!!!
Dr. Bass was wonderful! She took the time to sit and explain her answers to my questions in ways I could understand. She assured me that my other doctors would have access her reports immediately and the whole staff was super helpful when I choose my pair of glasses. They gave helpful insight and put me at ease about my decision all at the same time! Anyone who has less than stellar service other places should Definately give provision a try, I promise they will not disappoint!!
