my experience at Provision imageing was absolutly outstanding fromcheck in to being called back took about 5 minutes, the tech answered all my questions in detail, about the pet/ct scan i was about to have, i can honestly say laying in that recliner with a warm blanket a felt more at ease relaxed, and unstressed then i have since my cancer diagnosis a month ago, Thank you folks very much
From the receptionist to the technicians everything went smoothly. The people are great, friendly and accommodating to your needs. Highly recommend this group
This review is to help those who are in need of quick, compassionate, comprehensive care for themselves or a family member. I used to work there so when a friend reached out about where to send her daughter for an Urgent CT I thought oh absolutely go to provision. They will take care of you and make sure everything is taken care of quickly And effectively. The staff are outstanding and very caring. I only have great things to say about the staff. HOWEVER, the billing is an absolute nightmare and for this reason I would not recommend using Provision for anything! I have been 6 months and 8 calls trying to get my insurance billed for a service in March and it's still not fixed. Great caring staff, horrible billing department. Has ruined what was a great patient experience. Never again!
