Nice, well-groomed grounds, with friendly people. Great security as well!
Good community, good people. Overpriced and too much noise. The worst part about this place is the HOA. I don't know what is going on lately, but the people mowing the lawn start on Monday morning at 7am and make sure the entire neighborhood doesn't get any sleep all damn week. You think maybe 8 hours 1 or two days is enough with several people to mow and weed eat a neighborhood. Nope! Here they come again on Wednesday. Ok, big community. Here they come again on Thursday.
