Provence island is awesome, happy to be a resident the past three years. Its quiet, spacious and beautiful. Management is superb and maintenance is always done quickly.

My wife and I love this apartment building! It's so quiet, clean and honestly one of the better looking apartments in the area (inside and out). The neighborhood is great too! All the stores, places to eat and food trucks on Chatsworth St make us even happier to be here. We recently got a new manager, a young man named Alex, who we just love. In the month or two since he has been here we've seen a major upgrade in the building and in his presence just being on site. It used to take a few weeks at the least to get a repair do... read more
