Honestly the best apartment I have lived at. Great units, quiet, good amenities, fantastic staff, responsive maintenance, and wonderful community.
I know someone that lived there many years and always paid on-time. The management is very rude and treats the renters like second class citizens. They need to take a class on how to talk to someone with respect. What they charge for rent is NOT worth it. I mean old formica countertops, yucky carpet, and old appliances that always have problems with them. STAY AWAY from this gross place.
We have been at Province Hill for almost a year and really love it! The staff is friendly and very helpful, we have always had any maintenance issues handled very quickly. We love getting to know our neighbors with the events at the clubhouse and getting together with friends we have made here. It is quiet and feels like we are on the edge of town but everything we need is so close. We highly recommend Province Hill if you are searching for a new home!
