We lived here for ~1.5 years and enjoyed the amenities offered (pool was phenomenal, the gym was small but had a good amount of equipment, nice cider drink mix). HOWEVER, there are a few things to keep in mind: 1) Do not give this place the benefit of the doubt when doing your move-in inspection!!! Do not chalk up weird/potential pet odors to the building and/or unit being old; go through with a black light and document every stain and bit of discoloration you see unless you want to have all previous pet damage blamed on you... read more
Rating does not do this place justice. This is by far the best maintenance I have ever had at a rental. I needed assistance at 5:30 in the morning on Memorial day and someone came within the hour. Erin was the one helping us tour and went through the move in process. She was very friendly. I look forward to living here for many years!
Honestly the best apartment I have lived at. Great units, quiet, good amenities, fantastic staff, responsive maintenance, and wonderful community.
I know someone that lived there many years and always paid on-time. The management is very rude and treats the renters like second class citizens. They need to take a class on how to talk to someone with respect. What they charge for rent is NOT worth it. I mean old formica countertops, yucky carpet, and old appliances that always have problems with them. STAY AWAY from this gross place.
