Touring agent didn’t show up claiming I did not confirm the tour. In fact I did and they sent me a tour reminder. They just gave me a code to self serve, which is fine. But afterwards they sent me a link to rate satisfaction. The house is not installed with blinds or curtain rods. I asked them and they didn’t know anything better. Stay away from this very unprofessional folks!
Booked a tour at one of their properties online. Got multiple continuations. No one showed up and the number provided in the listing was only an automated voice with no way to reach an actual human. Total waste of time
I used their property management service for a few years before i sold my property. very professional and responsive
