My car was part crooked and there was no lines and they told my car it cost me $150 and I'm disabled and I don't work I live at Marshall apartments in Georgetown Ohio and they own this company they own the several apartments I'm really upset that they told my car they said they left papers on my car they could have knocked on my door or came in and said something to me and I would have been gladly to correct the spot but they said it was taking two or three spots It wasn't bothered nobody but they towed my car I've been livi... read more

Good luck getting anyone to call you back been trying to look at this apartment for 3 week for Wright Street apartment i called 9 times in 3 weeks during business hours and sent multiple emails called the corporate number they said they relayed the messages she call me back doesn't it already hard enough to find place on low income but whe. You feel like your being ignored feel like your being disrespected it hurts
Very friendly staff. Maintenance is on top of it. They keep their places very clean.Very recommended now
WELL I FIRST STARED LIVING HERE 2018 AND I HAVE NOT SEEN THINGS UP TWO DATE AND THEY ARE RIGHT TO MUCH FAMILY AND FRIENDS IN RIVERBEEN 1 AND THEY GET TREATED BETTER THEN OTHERS. I AM 72 AND SHOULD BE IN A HANDICAP PLACE NOT THIS ONE . I ASK FOR ONE BUT DIDNT GET ONE. AND FIGHT YOU OVER YOUR CREDIT CARDS TO COPY AND THEY DONT EVEN TAKE THEM IT IS MONEY ORDER OR CHECK . I FOULD A PLACE TO PAY ONLINE I AM GOING TO USE THAT WAY LESS IT DONT WORK RIGHT. GOOD LUCK
