A person couldn't ask for a better agency to work for or for anyone needing quality care for their loved ones. Every staff member has treated me with dignity & respect through the hiring process, especially Michelle. That lady needs a raise or a promotion. I highly recommend Provident for anyone whose needing home healthcare.
I recently switched to Provident, it's the best decision I've made since I've needed caregivers. If I could nominate any employee of the year, I'd for sure nominate Michelle! Everyone with the Murfreesboro office has been exceptional as well! Dyana came out last week to get mom setup. She’s so sweet and really listened to our concerns about the last company. After her visit Michelle also very nice called and got us setup with a caregiver. This company is so organized and really cares.
Terri and her Team were very welcoming. The process was very professional, quick, and easy. We are looking forward to working with Provident as a team to help care for our loved one.
