I am so thankful that my BCBS insurance coordinator, Jennifer, found Provident for me. I had been having so many complications and bad experiences with other companies, but as soon as Provident got the call, they found me help within just two days. My caretaker, Shelby, has been an absolute blessing. She does everything I need without me ever having to ask, and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. We are just getting started with Provident home care but so far the service and care has been excellent. We look forward to our relationship with Providence home care.
When the care giver unexpectedly quit, we were not provided with continuity of care. They couldn't find a replacement, so we were on our own. No referrals to another option, no real effort to communicate how we as the family should handle things in the meantime. We felt like we were not a high priority. As I write this, we still have no idea if or when we will get another care giver.
Well I can't say enough about Provident Home Care Inc. Francesca out of Manchester has always been so helpful with my work schedule and concerns. Maria and Michelle out of Murfreesboro office got me started with home care for my daughter. They are all so caring not only for the clients but the care givers as well. I would highly recommend Provident Home Care to those needing care for their loved ones as well as a wonderful company to work for!
