We had a great spring break vacation. The staff is very friendly and responsive to any and all needs. Convenient location to beach and pool is small but nice and heated for cool evenings. There is a community “box” full of things you may need for the beach which was very convenient. We borrowed beach chairs, sand toys, goggles and more throughout our stay. My only complaint was the pullout couch bed was in horrible condition. I wouldn’t want my small 9 year old sleep on it! Would stay again though

Front desk staff is extremely rude reservation employee told me I can have cash or card for the deposit I brought cash got turned away at desk to ride around to look for a bank to put the money in the bank over charged my card to me he told me what the charges were never did Antonio does not need to be a front desk manager Alex the reservation manager told to to go back to the hotel they will take my cash by that time I had already put the money on a card I was told they would email corporate details and didn’t the room is n... read more
