This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a medical office in Snohomish. I arrived at the Providence building around 10:30 AM for my appointment and spent a long time trying to find free parking. Around 10:57 AM, I called the office to let them know I was having difficulty finding parking and asked where patients were supposed to park. Providence Vein Center is very professional and the staff are really on the ball and caring.
This office changed my appointment 3 hours after they called and confirmed my original time…:because I work nights and sleep during the day, I’m missed the voicemail that was left on my phone the day before my surgery saying nothing about any cancellation, only saying that they were moving my surgery time. I had to drive from another town and I was 10 minutes late, they could not be bothered to call and tell me that they could not perform my surgery, they let me drive into Spokane from Colville and they waited until I arrive... read more
