I spent an hour of valuable time there today without being seen. As I left, I told the redhead behind the counter I was late for work and had to leave. My departure was met with a shrug and a mumble. I won't be back.
As soon as we walked in, the red-haired receptionist was completely rude. As more people came in after us she became increasingly more rude. All we needed done was an X-ray and an evaluation and it took over two hours. Waited in the room alone for almost 30 minutes before someone came back. Will not be coming back.
Very impressed with the service I received here when I came in with a billing question. I had been double charged between the office and my insurance company and they immediately got on the phone and resolved the issue in about 5 minutes and refunded my card. Exception customer service!
Always a pleasant experience with the staff and doctors there. Dr. Jose is awesome! Highly recommend.
I was treated disrespectfully by rude staff who took no time to understand my symptoms nor seemed to have any knowledge of the musculoskeletal system in general. It was waste of my time and money. I will never go back there.
Waited just shy of 2 hours, never saw a doctor, and when we requested our co-pay be returned, because we weren't going to wait any longer, there was no apology for the wait. When we arrived there was only one other person waiting.
