I had one procedure here and everyone was amazing! From front desk, intake, to the tech that did my procedure, everyone was amazing! I had an appointment and arrived early and they took me right away. The whole process was super smooth and fast.
Very disorganized, they clearly need more updated admin technology. A simple thing like a name change made the check in process over 30 mins. Given the runaround on check in, calling for records the next day, etc. If you have the choice to go somewhere else, I'd recommend it.
My daughter recently had to have an ultrasound and was treated very poorly by the sonographer. She was told an appointment time by her referring provider and that was when she showed up. The sonographer was rude because she didn't show up 15 minutes early. At that point, the sonographer proceeded to rush and did not have her use a gown, which should be against any medical facility's policy.
