My Mother was being treated there and was discharged to a SNF, without any of her issues being identified and treated with the exception of her URI, so after 7 days in a private room and her initial visit to the ER her insurance coverage wasn’t sufficient for them to keep her longer and not do anything besides watch her, so SAD

All staff is extremely professional from the time you walk in to the you walk out.
I spend a lot of time in this hospital and medical building. I’ve always had great care, nice doctors and staff. Even cancer surgery for me. And angioplasty for my partner - we felt well-cared for and ready to go again!
Go to Hoag. No room. Inadequate restrooms. 6+ hour wait times. Complete disgrace.
My husband had his colonoscopy and is having colorectal surgery today. The nurses, technicians and all who greet you at the front desk, are all so very kind, compassionate and professional. They helped to ease my husband's anxieties about his colonoscopy procedure as well as his colorectal surgery today. Would recommend this hospital to anyone. God Bless the staff and all they do to assure your good health and comfort to the patients and to their families. ^_^
