It seems odd to recommend learning how to care for and be compassionate towards patients to a hospital but here we are. I will never set foot in this hospital again but hopefully something will be done to address the widespread apathy among the staff at this hospital, particularly that from Dr. Lapidus whom the staff all thought was "so amazing" but came across to me as a condescending jerk. I really hope no one else has to experience what I did yesterday morning. If you want to be cared for go to OHSU.
