Booked appt at their express care yesterday for appt today and just received a call stating they can’t see me there but I can go sit at Urgent Care and wait for an appt. I am very sick and need to be seen—so getting a call cancelling today is just not okay. I was told they didn’t have the proper equipment for my symptoms (abdominal pain) then when I complained they offered me at 9:30 appt at the same facility. This was a horrible experience with Kadlec and I wish the citizens of TC had other options.

The staff were nice and professional but they never called my prescription in I waited for two day and still nothing so I had to go to another doctor and my prescription was there with in 30 min....

The ER is completely incompetent. My dementia grandmother spent all day (6am-7pm) at this place. They said they checked for UTI and impaction. This was 2 weeks ago. They said nothing was wrong other than her dementia. They left her urine sample on the table the whole time. We even found a vial of someone else's blood on the floor! They refused to admit her and let her leave. We got her to Virginia and she was admitted to a real hospital for UTI and massive impaction. They said she's been that way for weeks.
