This is my first time seeking therapy for my son. I arrived for an evaluation, bracing myself for the potential negative outcomes. Fortunately, we were fortunate enough to be seen by therapist Matt. His patience and genuine love for his work truly set him apart. I genuinely believe he finds joy in his profession. I want to express my deepest gratitude for his time and the exceptional care he provided us today. Thank you, Matt!
My 4-year- old son with special needs had a bad experience at providence Speech and hearing in Mission Viejo. His therapist, Alin, was too strict from the beginning. She forced him to move a plastic kids chair back to its original place just for shifting it a few feet. How she treats him upsets him so much that now he doesn’t want to go and calls her “ bad bad teacher.” Unfortunately, we had to go there because of our insurance, but if you have other options, I’d recommend skipping this place.
Rude people, I will not be bringing my child here again.
