Dr. Wright is an amazing provider. She never seems rushed and takes a comprehensive approach to patient care.
I really like the doctor I’ve seen here, but as with most places in Alaska the billing and clerical staff are a joke. I presented my insurance card at the time of my last visit. My visit should’ve been a $35 copay. 48 hours after visiting I got slapped with a $400 bill saying I don’t have insurance. What on earth? I reached out to the billing people asking why they ignored my insurance and they said they have my card on file, and it will take 2+ weeks to rectify. i tested positive for covid so at 11 am i called the clinic in an attempt to get a plaxovid prescription called in to my pharmacy.My call was returned at 445pm and i was told to go see doc in the box or make a virtual appointment.Mind you this is now late afternoon friday.Apparently the "care" in senior health has been ommited!
