Dr. Engler is scheduled a month out, understandable as I manage a reception department and we have also been scheduled out at our clinic. Time of booking no one had mentioned that I needed to arrive 20 minutes early or I would be turned away. It wasn't until 2 days prior while filling out online paperwork (which is ridiculous as you still have to fill paperwork in person) that my appointment start time was changed to 20 minutes early. LOVE the staff and my doctor BUT trying to call the office is a HORRIBLE experience with ungodly WAIT TIME for the phone to be answered. NO excuse is adequate. Phones are seriously under-manned. When I need to call my doctor, I want to get through in under 45 min to 1 hr WAIT TIME.

Terrible place.. DO NOT take your loved ones here. Follow up by Doctors and nurses is nonexistent. If you call, which you'll need to since they do not follow up on their own.. Good luck getting someone to pick up in under 30-45 minutes. If they do pick up they'll tell you they'll have someone call you back. You'll be lucky if that is in the same week let alone day. If you are unlucky, rinse and repeat daily. Seniors, their families and/or supporters deserve better care, assistance, and follow up. Shame on you Providence for ... read more
