sketchy area, poor management, almost impossible to get any type of help from "customer service". Maintenance seems to never come. Always beyond hot in the climate controlled building. Emails don't arrive on time when they send them out. Pay extra for 24 hour access and still restricted when we can come and go to our unit.

Not a terrible place to store items . No staff on site so no help if u need it . 3 stars because the grounds are filthy and trash broken glass everywhere.

Super disappointed. I have been renting here for 2 years. Several times I have made trips to my storage unit to retrieve items. I have had to move homeless people to get Into my storage unit. Not once,not twice, but Several times to get to my stuff. I also have an indoor controled climate unit. I have called the company several times about the situation and expressed my safety concerns. To this day nothing has been done. I will be looking for a new unit to be renting.

I've only been at this facility since December 2022, I've been having problems ever since. They don't have onsite ppl working there. They don't keep up with what's going on at the facility. They assigned me a unit that had other ppls things in it. Then tried to charge me a transfer fee to move me to a different unit in the system. They violated my rights by cutting my lock off my unit. And applied their own combination lock. I can NEVER get help from the representatives over the phone, bc once again they don't know what's go... read more
