There roach infested and has mold
Under new management, Providence Pointe is THRIVING! We feel well cared for, safe, and heard when we have concerns. The office staff and maintenance team are friendly and always available to answer questions or just stop and say hi.
“I’ve had a great experience living at Providence Pointe. The community is quiet, well-kept, and feels safe, which is really important to me. Maintenance is responsive when issues come up, and the staff is professional and helpful. Overall, it’s been a comfortable place to live and I appreciate how things are handled here.” Big shout to Hollie the office manager she’s such a doll and always kind, patient, and professional. She truly makes a difference and makes residents feel heard
I was moving in first night staying here specifically asked for handicapped due to my brother I moved in with me and his needs. I get back to the apartment just before midnight get the jeep unloaded but couldn’t move it since there was no parking available anywhere near my apartment. I got up early the next day to get to work to find the jeep gone almost got written up at work! Needs better parking options and management doesn’t care! Oh wow they have really clean this apartment complex up . It is very nice inside and out grounds are very clean playground nice ,pool clean apartment very nice
