This office is horrible, the front desk isn't helpful, nurses are rude and unhelpful and if you need assistance with WIC paperwork good luck! All melissa closs brewer cares about is money and she's made it clear multiple times. Between trying to force excessive amounts of vaccines and if you deny any of them she refuses to help you. My daughter is growth restricted and seeing a dietician as well every 4-6 weeks and on special formula, wic provides my daughter with her special formula. Incompetence level 100000! First of all the receptionist told us our insurance was accepted and then later we got a bill for $400 for being out of network. Second of all they told us they are ok with us not wanting to vaccinate our kid then at the appointment they were super judgmental and pushy. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL. The doctor also made us feel like bad parents for not doing certain things a certain way. Unacceptable behavior.
We had such a wonderful experience here. Scheduling an appointment online for a new patient was so easy. The staff was very friendly. We saw Dr. Bouchard and we was sooo amazing with my daughter. All of my concerns were addressed and he was very informative on meds. Im glad I finally found an awesome pediatrician in the area. I will be taking my 8 year old here as well!
I came home from work today with my daughter in tears. Her doctor Jennifer Wilde berated my daughter for not having her newborn gain a pound in two days. Then informed her that she had to pump every hour and feed every hour. That lady should not be coaching new mothers.
