not happy at all the nurses stay out in the hallway and talk and gather where the patients cannot get no sleep they left my mother will chill her down and a bed with a bed sore for her to get covid and the flu the food is disgusting this place is beautiful don't let the looks to see you would not even let a chicken be in this place this place needs to be shut down

Hi I just wanted to mention that I am so pleased with Providence .. I do have a loved one that stays here.. And I have spoken to them as well as my own opinion and my family member has had nothing but good things to say and is very pleased with the treatment.. They have the most amazing Rehabilitation and Therapy Center! This facility is so clean!!
I am currently the social worker at Providence Park... I love my residents! I treat my residents like I would treat my own Gma... I give my personal cell phone number to residents and family so they can always contact me whenever they need me. Our staff are kind, caring and knowledgeable.
My mother in law just spent two weeks at this facility. When she was released, she was released directly into the care of the hospital due to HORRENDOUS bed sores. When my husband asked hospital staff how she could have gotten such severe bed sores in such a short amount of time, the nurse told him it was due to negligence from Providence Park. The things I look for is how patients along with family/visitors are being treated. For instance, when you walk up to the nurses station twice to get directions on where to find your loved one and stand there both times without being acknowledged at all by either staff while they talked to each other non work related. My mother has been there two times for rehab and got great care. Took her back last week and things have certainly have changed, liked to have never got her out of there, we were deceived and not told about the 14 day quarantine. 91 year old did not understand what they were doing to her she cried her eyes out, fourteen days of quarantine and not getting rehab in rehab room was not an option. No one would return our calls to get her moved out of there very poor mangement.
