Very unprofessional doctor was great but the ready were not waited til the last minute to call and say we can’t see you your claim was denied and would not give me a letter to return to work after they put me out said I had to see my regular doctor will never go back here ever

Great Dr. Horrible front desk person. They leave on break and no one replaces them. These people are sick and need help. Bad Management!!!Bad service Great Dr.

Worst experience ever! Had a 1:20pm appointment for my CDL physical was told to arrive an hour early. Only to be told the staff was at lunch until 1pm. Finally got called in only to wait another hour in an examination room. This was paid by my employer but I would rather pay for my own examination next time than to deal with providence. When I finally got seen by the the doctor or nurse Literally spend no more than 3 minutes checking me out. What a waste of time. Never using Providence everagain

I was seen almost immediately. Staff from intake to physician were professional, kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I was there for a workers comp issue. My doctor, Dr. GOODSTEIN was amazing. Immediate imaging . Later, I went to physical therapy on the 2nd floor . My physiotherapist Kurt is great. So far, all good.

My husband and I are still in the waiting room waiting for his drug test. We have been here for an hour and a half. When I asked what was going on, I was told that they only have one MA who works in Occupational medicine and she will try and grab the people who need drug testing in between other clients as it's a walk-in service. I actually tried to call yesterday to see if I could make an appointment and no one answered after waiting a 1/2 hour. Hopefully we NEVER have to return here. No one really seems happy or even conte... read more
