Please please please do not go here and waste your time and money. The doctor and staff are absolutely rude and lazy and the doctor gave me a false/incorrect physical medical report because she did a full examination and said I was over weight not realizing I was 7 months pregnant. Now I’m no doctor myself but I’m pretty sure after conducting an entire exam even a pretend doctor would notice a pregnant woman when they see one. Staff is honestly rude. Won’t look up from their computers to answer questions, it was like pulling teeth. Also service was very slow.
