The woman who answered the phone was absolutely horrible!!! She was rude had a attitude and was unwilling to listen. I've been suffering for a long time and just wanted to schedule my surgery, she made my anxiety sky rocket. I had to call over a dozen times before someone answered. Everyone is always "away from their desk". Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I really hope this isn’t how they normally run their business. I called after getting my referral approved—first time, they were closed for lunch. Fine. I called again later, and the message said all caregivers were busy, and I could leave an “urgent” message. No one ever actually answers the phone. What kind of business doesn’t want calls from potential clients? Especially a surgery center—what if they handle patients the same way? I’ve never seen anything like it. I recently underwent two surgeries here, and the entire experience was outstanding. Despite my initial nerves, the staff quickly put me at ease. The care was professional, coordinated, and top-notch.
