I needed an urgent care visit at midnight. I’m always a bit anxious and skeptical when it comes to the care I expect in the late night hours. From the time I walked in to the time I was released, I engaged with over a dozen members of their medical staff for a multitude of tests and treatments. I came in here for some oral problems I was alone and scared given I had been to many doctors and none had been able to provide answers to my health issues . I might have left with not as many answers as I was hoping for but Dr.Blaum was incredibly nice and actually made me feel heard and made me feel like he cared about me . Best Er I've ever been to! Very positive experience, was treated with so much respect from the front desk to discharge. I especially appreciated my nurse Terry, she was very lovely. Overall, wonderful Er!

Lauren is a horrible person and the charge nurse. Many differing opinions here no one seems to know what they are doing. Might be best to choose a different hospital if you have a choice
