This hospital is incredible! I visited the emergency room and was triaged almost immediately after I walked in. Staff members were incredibly kind and very fast. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. 10/10

Filter these ER reviews by "newest" and you'll see tons of 1 star reviews. Please avoid this ER if you are over 75. Tell the ambulance to take your loved one elsewhere. My 82 year old mom who is a cancer patient was barely checked over after coming in via ambulance. They did no bloodwork or even a urinalysis. She was discharged on pain meds and told she pulled a muscle in her back. Three days later we are at Saddleback ER where they diagnosed a broken T12 spine, a UTI and sepsis. Disappointing.

I asked to get the directions for urgent care since I needed antibiotics for my infected tonsil. Instead I was taken to the this emergency building. I had no life threatening emergency, I needed urgent care which is faster and cheaper. I was misguided by the staff and this is a business, next time I’ll ask how much it’ll be before checking in because no one really cares about how you are. It’s just about how easy it will be to squeeze money out of you.
