Hi, we just had really hard time with interpretation with front desk because we didnt know english. i think her name was chris or something and they dont support people from foreign countries. thank you
Dr. Bouchard is wonderful! Can’t say enough good things about him. All three of my kids see him and he’s awesome. He never seems rushed, he is very thorough and kind, never judgmental. He is almost always on time and the one time he wasn’t, it was by like 10 minutes and he was extremely apologetic and still didn’t rush us. He answers all of my questions and never seems condescending. I love Dr Mark D Bouchard he is great at his job and his nursing assistant Azmira is amazing she is such a positive helpful ray of sunshine and all my girls love her!
The medical team had my daughter's file open and still referred to her as Kayla. Her name is Kyla. The level of attention to detail from the staff is lacking. The care provided is also lacking. The staff could show more concern for the patients and a genuine passion for the well-being of children. Reading is a valuable tool and makes life or death in this profession. We have seen Dr Wild for years and she is hands down the best medical provider we have ever worked with. She’s super efficient, she’s caring and always takes the time to listen (and remembers at your next visit). I know if we have any concerns they are addressed immediately, even if it’s something an outside specialist has also helped with. She’s just on it. Can’t say enough positive about her- we love her!
