We were told our insurance was accepted then later got bill for $800+ for being out of network. Unacceptable.
this has been our pediatric clinic since my son was born. very pleased and appreciate everyone there and how hard they all work day in and day out. All of the medical assistants, nurses and doctors have been helpful, patient and caring. I feel they genuinely listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions and help us in every way they can.
Hi, we just had really hard time with interpretation with front desk because we didnt know english. i think her name was chris or something and they dont support people from foreign countries. thank you
Dr. Bouchard is wonderful! Can’t say enough good things about him. All three of my kids see him and he’s awesome. He never seems rushed, he is very thorough and kind, never judgmental. He is almost always on time and the one time he wasn’t, it was by like 10 minutes and he was extremely apologetic and still didn’t rush us. He answers all of my questions and never seems condescending.
