RecommendedI was admitted on11/26/20 having trouble breathing having COVID-19.From the time I went into the ER .staff was great taking care of me. Ended up being admitted to 6 th floor. I had excellent care, staff constantly checked how I was doing ,if I needed anything.If I called for them they were there within minutes. I know the staff on that floor works hard. A visit to the ER today with my son was less than pleasant. The security officer yelling out instructions from across an empty waiting room is neat, but not the most effective communication device. MAYBE, and i mean just MAYBE, one of the 5+ people sitting in the check in booth could have said something like... hi, we're sorry the form you need to fill out is not out there, please step to the window and we can help you. Or even... we can help you over here. But nope, it was left up to the security officer to bark at us from ... read more
